A little about the guy who owns this site, Kelly Cassidy… OK, then. (And in third person, no less!)

Professionally, Kelly Cassidy is the Manager of Technology Advancement at DMT Development Systems Group. He is also the president of the Winnipeg .NET User Group. Over the last few years, he has spoken at a number of conferences, both national and local to Winnipeg, including the Winnipeg Code Camp, DevTeach and most recently at the Prairie Developer Conference.

Kelly is a technologist who focuses on a number of technologies, but focusing primarily on the web and mobile space. He has experience in developing and working with development teams in a variety of capacities, focusing mostly within the Microsoft .NET space. Currently, he is self-learning PowerShell, Ruby on Rails, and working on learning game development for Windows Phone 7 and through the Unity platform.

Apart from technology implementation, he also has experience in project and solution analysis and a basic understanding of project management fundamentals, through both education and work experience. He has worked with clients to understand the needs of the solutions they are looking for, to document the solutions, and to work with the teams through all steps of the execution and delivery processes. Kelly is certified in Google Analytics implementation and works excessively for his company clients with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices.
